If you have a Bali travel bucket list and want adventure, nature and cool vibes I suggest you add D’tukad to your list. As they say in their slogan, swing and swim at the edge of paradise and this place certainly lives up to that.
Located in Gianyar which is around one hour drive from Seminyak or 20 minutes from Ubud. The D’tukad river club is one of Bali’s hottest new attractions. Set in a natural environment of luscious green jungle, overlooking the stunning Blangsinga waterfall. Here you will find adventure, stunning views, infinity pools, relaxing atmosphere and access to Blangsinga, one of Bali’s most popular waterfalls.
Surrounded by natural beauty with great views from all areas it’s easy to forget where you are. Entry fee to the D’tukad River Club Bali gives access to the two level infinity pool.
At D’ukad you can sip away on a cocktail, juice or soft drink. Lounge in the sun or grab a table and enjoy breakfast, lunch or a snack from an extensive menu offering western and Indonesian dishes.
Entry to the waterfall is 20,000 and entry to D’tukad River Club Bali is 100,000 per adult / 75,000 per child including a 50,000 / 25,000 credit for food and an ice cream.
Free transport is also offered from Ubud area.
For those that are a little more adventurous and seeking the ultimate thrill purchase a ride on the swing. Set 87 meters above the river, enjoy the adventure, capture the moment and live on the edge of paradise.
The Blangsinga waterfall is easily accessed from the D’tukad River Club with steps and rails to help you down. It’s a leisurely stroll with photo opportunities on the way down. Once down enjoy a swim under the waterfall and capture those Instagram moments.
At D’tukad you will find many photo opportunities, so for those seeking the ultimate insta shot. Grab your camera and get set to take the ultimate instatravel photos.
Children are also welcome here, so for families traveling to Bali with kidz you don’t need to miss out. It’s s not pram friendly given the setting and to be honest. I think it would be hard work with children under 4.
Tick this off your bucket list on your next family holiday to Bali with kidz.
